My husband and I are 80’s kids so we were among some of the most excited to finally get to see this. The anticipation was huge and it had us on the literal edge of our seats from start to finish. They need to follow this movie’s success and go back to the awesome way movies used to be done like they did here. The years of soulless, heartless bad writing and nothing but green screen crap as far as the eye could see has left a lot of movie lovers exhausted and hopeless for anything good anymore. I won’t even get into the obvious ham fisted agenda pushing (shoving really) that ruins every current movie or this comment would be twice as long. This movie was well worth the wait and was even better than we anticipated. We absolutely loved it. It’s one of those great ones that leave you excited to immediately rewatch it. Fun reaction video. It got a little tough with so much yelling and simultaneous talking/laughing over all the dialogue but I guess it’s hard to hold back the excitement sometimes. I’d bet you all missed at least 1/3 of the amazing dialogue and explanations if not more. You should definitely give this one a rewatch and you’ll like it even more after really hearing everything. The sound design alone is out of this world and worth a rewatch.

But she made him fall off a cliff and lose his strength. However, She was the guardian deity of the village and could not escape the land, so she could not chase him until the end. In front of the yard where she had created a barrier, the shaman started bleeding and became scared and tried to run away. The photo in the shaman's car when she was trying to escape is the same one the Japanese demon has, suggesting that the two are on the same page. And the underwear the shaman was wearing is called Japanese fundoshi. 흰옷을입은 여인은 그 지역의 산과 땅을 지키는 수호신과 같은 존재. 일제 식민지 시대를 어느 정도 투영시킨 영화.침입자인 일본 악마로부터 곡성을 지키려고 계속 그의 주위를 맴돌았고 그녀의 정체를 안 악마가 그녀를 잡으려했다.하지만 그녀가 그를 벼랑으로 떨어뜨려 힘을 잃게 만들었다.그러나 그녀는 그 마을의 수호신이라 그 땅을 벗어날수 없어 그를 끝까지 쫒아가지 못했다.그녀가 결계를 만든 마당앞에서 무당이 피를 쏟아내었고 겁을 내고 도망가려했다. 무당이 도망치려할때 차에 있던 사진은 일본 악마가 가지고 있는것과 같다.그 둘이 한편임을 암시한다. 그리고 무당이 입고있던 속옷이 일본 훈도시라고 불리는 속옷이다.

If you want a good romantic K-drama that is a little different and has some action, I would recommend W-Two Worlds. It's a little older, but good and unique.

Dude...the climate in Korea is the same as Virginia or Washington DC. Its on the same latitude....they have 4 season just like any other European countries...yes Asian country like China, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Turkiye all have 4 season same like in EU and in northern part of USA.

you should watch series "moving"(2023) and movies like "along with Gods: the two worlds"(2017), "a taxi driver"(2017), "forgotten"(2017) from korea. also "k.g.f.: chapter 1"(2018), "andhadhun"(2018), "kahaani"(2012) from india.

FYI (from a korean) : Crazy woman : Guardian deity of village (in korean traditional shamanism) called "성주신 Seongju-god". Nobody believe this kind of traditional religion, even though they believe western god like catholic. Crazy woman threw tons of rocks but it didn't hit cop even once. bcs god(spiritual deity) can't harm real person physically. and that's why crazy woman threw japanese guy toward the truck which cop father drive. also make shaman nose bleeding by purify evil thing inside of shaman.(like crow, bugs suiciding) Crazy woman wears all vicitims stuff bcs she guide spirits to afterlife by use their stuff as a tribute.(same as coin about death in greek). Crazy woman didn't wear daughter's hair pin bcs she don't want daughter die at that time. if the rooster cry three times, the cop(father) wake up from nightmare with scream like he got attacked from japanese guy last time. and nothing bad happened. Whole people in village talked about 'japanese guy is the evil' from the beginning, but nobody truly belive and think like it's stupid rumor. crazy woman tried to save people in village from evil outside. and she failed again and again bcs people 'doubt'.(this is not about kor-jap. this is about inside-outside, good-evil, trust-doubt). the whole point of movie is about 'doubt'. Movie Director threw out the bait, audience took it.
